Shipping Options

We use Australia Post eParcel and Star Track Express services.

The options for shipping are:

  • Standard Delivery (3 - 5 working days*) $12.25
  • Express Delivery (up to 3 working days**) $19.50
  • Bulky Delivery (3 - 5 working days***) – by quote


*Standard delivery to certain areas may take up to 7 working days (e.g. NT and WA, Tasmania); and to regional NT and WA and country Tasmania, can take up to 20 working days. Bulky delivery charges may come into effect due to multiples of goods (e.g. bottles of paint). You will be notified if this is the case. 

** Express delivery to parts of WA, NT, Tasmania and regional areas of all states may take up to 7 working days.

*** Bulky delivery refers to orders of large / bulky or hazardous items. Additional delivery fees apply to these since they necessitate extra packaging, handling, and may take longer to deliver. Also, some items such as large sheets of paper require extra and careful packaging and may incur a small extra fee.

  • We need an actual address and will not deliver to a PO Box

For orders placed before 12 noon (excluding weekends and public holidays) we will endeavour to despatch orders the same day if payment has been received. Art Shed Brisbane will not be held responsible for delays in delivery where events occur beyond our control.

We wish to advise that Art Shed Brisbane is not responsible for any loss suffered due to damage, delay, or non-delivery by the courier company as Art Shed Brisbane responsibility ends when the goods are loaded onto the carrier.

Customers, if they so desire, can arrange their own transport.

Oversized, Bulky or ‘hazardous’ goods (i.e. flammable)

Bulky & Dangerous Goods items will be charged the flat fee of $12.25 at the time the order is made. 

If the freight quote from our courier services is greater than $12.25, we will contact you.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive emails inviting you to track your order.

Receiving your goods

A signature is required. Please ensure you or an authorized person are present to sign.

Nobody Home?

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox with details enabling you to arrange pick up at your local Aust. Post outlet, or Courier depot. Alternatively you may contact us to arrange re-delivery at your cost.
